SHIPPING

We currently only offer shipping to orders placed within Australia.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer two shipping options - standard and express.

Estimate times are depending on your location and time of year. Metropolitan locations receive faster deliveries whereas rural locations may have 1-3 days added to the above estimated delivery. If your order is an extreme priority, perhaps a gift, please email us to take special care and expedite your order as much as possible through order processing.

Local In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup by visiting the Resoir Salon at 27/7 Bungan Street Mona Vale NSW 2103. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours throughout salon operating hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please review our operating hours here.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. All our orders are shipped with Australian Post.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@resoir.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

How do you return an item?

We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, unopened from original packaging or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Upon confirmation of a return from Resoir, you have 5 business days in which to return the item to us.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@resoir.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you confirmation and an address where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

Return requests received outside of 21 days may be accepted at Resoir’s sole and absolute discretion.

Exchanges

To exchange or swap an item for a different product or store credit, please proceed with processing a return mentioned above and once the return is received at Resoir we will ship the exchanged item back or process otherwise according to your request. However, a fast way to ensure you have the product you want and need is to return the item you ordered as soon as you realise you want an exchange, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Any claims pertaining to short shipping or incorrect/damaged products must be lodged with Resoir within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are unable to accept or process any claims lodged after this duration.

Shipping Restrictions

If you change your mind and refuse to accept the delivery of an order from Resoir (excepting instances where product(s) arrive damaged, or the incorrect product(s) have been received), the customer is solely responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your purchase ahead of processing a refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Resoir cannot offer returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (includes aerosols). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also do not accept returns on sale or discounted items and gift vouchers.
