Each capsule contains: shark cartilage 400mg, equisetum arvense ext. dry conc. 67.5mg from dry stem 270mg, ginkgo biloba ext. dry conc. 5mg from dry leaf. 250mg, serenoa repens ext. dry conc.12.5mg from dry fruit. 50mg, cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate 15mg, methionine 12.5mg, riboflavin 12.5mg, nicotinamide 12.5mg, biotin 1.25mg, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50mg, iron (from ferrous fumarate) 5mg, silicon (from colloidal anhydrous silica) 11.7mg, selenium (from Selenomethionine). 75 mcg, zinc (from zinc citrate dihydrate) 12.5mg.

Free from: GMOs, gluten, soy, dairy and nuts.

Adults take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
